pos: Type: Telogis.GeoBase.NavigationPosition
The current Position as returned by the GPS.
loc: Type: Telogis.GeoBaseLatLon
The LatLon on the street grid. May be the same as pos if no streets are close enough.

Return Value

Type: Boolean
Always returns false.
