Gets or Sets the repository used to support GeoBase services. The repository may be one of: GeoStreamRepository or LocalRepository (either a SimpleRepository or MultiRepository).

Remarks

If the repository has not yet been set and an attempt to retrieve the repository using CurrentThreadRepository is made, then a new LocalRepository will be created and returned.
