The building name refers to the name that can be used to identify a building as a substitute of (or in combination with) a street number. This usually refers to a particularly identifiable or well known building along a street e.g. a business headquarters. Note that this is different to the Building unit type which could, for example, be used to refer to a specific building within a group of units at the same street address e.g. Building 1, 100 Main Street.
