onException: Type: Telogis.GeoBase.ConcurrencyDeferredExceptionHandler
Called when an exception occurs inside action.
action: Type: Telogis.GeoBase.ConcurrencyDeferredDeferredAction
The arbitrary action called when the event occurs.
