Create a MultiThreadMatrix using an array of RouteStops. The RoutingStrategy defaults to RoutingStrategyFastest. The default number of threads is equal to the number of CPU cores available on the local machine.

Parameters

InitialStops
Type: Telogis.GeoBaseRouteStop
The array of RouteStops to be used for this calculation.
MaxCost
Type: Telogis.GeoBase.RoutingLinkCost
The maximum allowable cost of any route - if this cost is exceeded, then a value of 'Infinity' (Double.PositiveInfinity) is returned.
